Testimonials

  • "When I moved to America from St. Petersburg I'd never think I'd meet the man of my dreams here. Getting married was amazing but I soon became disappointed with the process of translating my marriage certificate in my native language so I could travel out of the country. Zenith A&S made this process easy and relaxing by letting me know what steps I had to take in order to get my marriage license translated and recognized. They helped get me apostille and put my mind to rest. Thank you guys! You're the best!"

  • "When I first received my Greencard I was so happy. I had come to America to chase my dreams, but had no-one to help me as I came to this country without my family. I needed many documents translated in a short time. Your company made this process much easier for me. You translated a whole bunch of documents: birth certificate, marriage certificate, and diploma for me. Thank you for helping me with the first steps of having my diploma evaluated and recognized. Now I can begin building my life here and save money to help my family overseas. May good fortune follow you always!"

Apostille

Apostille is an authentication certification, a stamp. It is designed for use among nations that participate in the Hague Convention. Document requirements for one country aren't always the same for another. Their validity can be local to a certain region and differ from country to country. Sometimes records can be required or needed in another country but with so many different standards in effect, the need for a unified document was the key.

Apostille only pertains to public documents. Primary examples of public documents are marriage, birth and death certificates as well as court documents, patents and even diplomas. When requesting an apostille service through us, our staff allows the apostille service to grant quickly and efficiently without the hassle and complexity of the operation for an individual who is not familiar with the process.

Types of documents that are eligible for an apostille include the following:

  • Birth Certificates
  • Marriage Certificates
  • Paternity Acknowledgements
  • Education Documents (Diplomas/Transcripts)
  • Power of Attorney
  • Commercial Documents (Certificate of Origin, Incorporation Documents, Partnership Agreements, Articles of Association, Meeting Minutes, etc.)
  • Documents issued by US Federal Government agencies (FBI, Coast Guard, Department of State, etc.)
  • Police Clearance Certificates

If language is incorrect, then what is said is not what is meant; if what is said is not what is meant, then what must be done remains undone.
